    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I've got a larger chest, so as one reviewer found the jacket boxy, it worked well for me in that respect. However the sleeves were too short (I'm 5'8") and I returned the jacket.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This jacket would be amazing - IF I were shaped like a box!! Not much of a feminine cut in this one. There is WAY too much room around the torso to insulate well. All that extra room also means it gets extremely bunched up when you try to layer it under a more weather-proof shell. You might think my problems would be solved by ordering a size smaller. Alas, no. A size smaller means the sleeves are definitely too short and the coverage in the back is less than optimal. I consider myself to be a pretty average smaller-sized lady at 5'5". So if this doesn't fit me well... I feel like a lot of women might find the same disappointments.
