    I wanted a semi-insulated lighter weight and water proof/wind proof jacket for the warmer spring time ski weather. I normally wear small but ordered a medium because I wanted to be able to add more layers underneath if the day was to be on the colder side. So far I have been unable to find any faults with this product!

    Lightweight and warm ski jacket! Wore this coat skiing at Big Sky during a windy, cold, snowy ski day and it was great! Never got cold or wet! The coat was also great during a warm, sunny ski day. Was not constrictive in the shoulders or chest with aggressive skiing. I ordered one size bigger because Outdoor Research jacket seem to run small.

    Great product. Went on a snowcaving trip and it kept me warm and dry. The size was a little tricky to figure out, especially if you wanted to layer but overall it was a great fit. Coat is totally awesome and would recommend it to a friend.

    If you have a long torso and slim waist/hips, this jacket would be a good fit. But, for a petite size 8 with broad shoulders, the medium fit just wouldn't work: good through the shoulders/arms but too tight through the torso/hips to wear but one layer. Love the idea of pit zips for a warm jacket to be able to adjust to athletic aerobic stops and starts, though. Unfortunately, it just didn't do the trick for me.

    I bought this jacket for casual wear when visiting Canada during winter. It is very nice, soft and light. However, I returned it because on me, the fitted waist falls on my hips. I am short (4'11). I have slighltly longer legs than torso length. If you are tall or have long torso, this may fit you well. The sleeves are too long, but that maybe an intended feature for this jacket. I would recommedn this to my taller friends.

    Good warmth for a lightweight jacket. I ordered a large and was hoping to be able to layer. The jacket just fits, so not much ability to layer much. I'm wearing it around town and it's great for that...I would get a larger size if I were to use it for snowboarding etc.
