Gloves are super warm, and super waterproof. Used them mainly for these two areas until I went snowboarding. They just ripped to shreds. Then I salvaged what was left and gave them a wash. I noticed that it was a real pain to get the liners back in to place. I had to get a system on fulling them out and inserting fingers in backwards, then pushing hand in glove and aiming for appropriate finger on the main glove. The liners just got all twisted and caught. For three days in Yosemite I battled this. The gloves are super on warmth and dryness, but REMOVABLE liners are the best option, my next purchase. I would recommend for easy wear, not when you are freezing and need them to fit fast.

Looks and feels like a great quality product except when I put them on. The finger length was perfect but there's this weird webbing in between the fingers that made mine curl and not be able to extend my fingers all the way. Returned...

Seem like nice durable gloves, and I believe that they would be wind/waterproof...BUT the fingers were so short. My hands are small, but these would have been awkward to wear. Returned because no larger size available.

OR makes some of the best products for extreme environments. This is the worst representation of the brand. Took these to the Alaska Range climbing this spring to be used as a work glove. Once they became damp they never dried - even after an hour near a heater on return to Talkeetna.

These are actually a great choice for a young pre-teen boy. Children's gloves are often just as expense with a lower level of quality.

good gloves though they didn't seem all that warm. I bought them to complement my driving (not waterproof) gloves after shoveling a few feet of snow this winter. The main drawback is the difficulty to taking them off once I tighten the wrists. Not enough fine manual control to easily loosen the cord. For the price, it was definitely worth the purchase!

Just bought these in size small for my kids (boy 10, and girl 12) for a trip to Vermont where the gloves saw good use - in particular my son loves them! Long term durability is an unknown at this point so it is 4 stars leaning towards all five. The price was very attractive too, am considering buying another set as spares.
