“Average Purse”

“Purchased this to replace an old organizer purse that I loved, but finally died after many years. I thought the features would fit my tastes. I'm very organized, and like small purses with lots of useful sections for credit cards, cell phones, pens etc., that aren't too bulky. However, I don't like the purse enough to recommend it, but don't dislike it enough to condemn it. What do I like? First, the price. I didn't see this purse anywhere else on the web for less than $40. Second, the long strap. I'm 6 ft tall and can wear it across my body. That isn't always true of other purses. Third, the shape of the purse where the strap is attached. This makes it very comfortable when the purse lies flat against your body. Fourth, I like that the fabric is soft, but strong too. Finally, I like that's it's compact, but still holds everything I need on a daily basis. What I dislike? First, are the credit card slots. There aren't enough of them, and they're too tight and very hard to access. Second, there's only one small zippered compartment. The purse would be better organized if there was a zippered compartment in the second or third section, or even on the back of the purse nearest your body. Third, the placement of the current zippered compartment is wrong. It should be in the second scetion where you place your bills, to be used for change. The placement in the first section is just weird. Fourth, the gussets on the side of the first section don't go all the way up the sides of the compartment. A pen put in the pen slot nearest the edge fell out. Plus, I feel that in a crowded area, it would be easy to pick pocket anything placed in that section due to the gap caused by the short gussets. I don't put anything in that section due to these two reasons. Lastly, I wish that the third section had double zippers like the middle section. It would be easier to access if this were the case. So, like I said at the begining of the review, I don't really like it or hate. Bottom line, I do like it enough to continue using it for now, but dislike it enough to continue looking for another small organizer handbag that is better suited for me.”
