Overland Equipment Open Mic Messenger Bag

I use this bag as a purse/diaper bag. It is smaller and lighter weight that the diaper bags I always see. I am also taking it to Europe to use as my daytripping bag as it will organize everything necessary to include small snacks and a couple of water bottles and guidebooks! I love this bag!!!

I love this bag! The front inner pocket has pockets for pens, PDA/iPhone, and cell phone. Just behind this org. panel is zippered pocket for $ and cards, etc. There is a great large open pocket under the flap, and a slot pocket in the back. The fabic is high quality and attractive. The guitar strap is fun and stylish. The strap is more lightweight than a real guitar strap, but is plenty sturdy. I wear it crossbody to free my hands. It is perfect for that. It may be a little wide to wear as a shoulder bag. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the floral pattern on the strap is off center, way off center. It doesn't bother me that much. I have not had any problems with the magnetic closures for the flap. I have had the bag for two weeks using it daily and it has not come open except for when I grab the top of the flap to pick up the bag. If I find it to be too weak, I will sew on velcro or snaps. BOTTOM LINE: FABULOUS BAG!

I got this for my teenage daughter, who plays guitar. She loves it. It was expensive for a messenger bag, so I hope it is as well made as it looks. Only time and use will tell!

Very cute bag - love the guitar strap. I use it for my daily bag and I like the size, and the compartments help to keep me organized. The only downside: magnetic closures don't make me feel secure. I wish that it had a clasp or a zipper so that I'm confident that nothing will fall out or that no one will sneak into my bag when I'm in a crowd.

This is a great bag! I was looking for something that was big enough in case I needed it to be and didn't look big if it wasn't full. All of the compartments are easily accessable and the magnetic closure actually works very well, even when the bag is full. I ordered the black and didn't like the strap or the fact that my dog's hair would probably stick to it, so it went back and I ordered the tan - Great move! I even ordered one for a friend and she loves hers too!!

This bag keeps me completely organized. There are pockets for everything. No searching for my keys! I own both the black and tan bag, I wish they made the open mic with a leather strap too!

It is a great bag. Great access, lots of room if needed, but doesn't look or feel weird if it's empty. I've even done small trip to the supermarket and not had to get a shopping bag. I returned the black because it seemed to me like it would attract the dog hair that I can't avoid carrying around with me anyway. I went for the beige instead and I LOVE IT!!

I love the size of this bag. It is big enough that it will accommodate standard sheets of paper, but small enough that it can be used as a purse. The magnetic flap closure is really nice as well, and the guitar strap makes it not "just another black bag." I just got it, so all I can say about the quality of it is that it seems to be very good. I am very happy with my purchase and I know I am going to get a lot of use out of it. Thinking about buying another one as a spare in case I wear this one out.
