So in that respect, as well as others, the shirt gives a very retro look. The picked stiching and the texture of the cloth are both attractive and quite visible. Also has the interesting feature of the vertical back creases caught at the waist in the old style. The only drawbacks to the shirt are that it is a bit short in length, so tall men take note, and the fit in the shoulders could be a bit better. My husband is broad shouldered and, although the shirt is certainly roomy enough in the shoulders, the fit is less than smooth in that area. Still, would buy the shirt again, and husband really likes it.
