By 3 bcs and me from vermont on 10/03/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Change, Easy To Clean, Soft Best Uses: Cool Climate, Everyday Bedding Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Would give five stars but first duvet came with an incomplete seam. Returned it, and second duvet is fine. Barely landed the duvet on the bed and the girls were curled up on top. The cover's weave is tight and sturdy. A brief water test shows water beading on top of the membrane side. I wouldn't expect this to pass a chew test nor would I hesitate to clean fluid spills immediately but within those parameters it should do well.
