His measurements are 30x30. I bought small - inseam ok, waist very small. I wear 29x32 and the waist was pretty snug on me too. There is no elastic in the waist. So I exchanged for the medium size. These were huge. The waist was close to 34 and the length was probably also 34. We will have to return these too.
