By Suzy snowbird from Midwest on 12/30/2008 Pros: Good Traction, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Not Comfortable, Not Warm Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered these thinking they'd be perfect for my daily cold weather walks in the snow. When I first tried them on they were stiff and it surprised me that there was barely any insulation, or so it seemed. Rather than take them out for a test walk, I sent them back and am still looking for a boot that is insulated, waterproof and can stand up to my daily 5-7 mile walks. These did not seem flexible enough, my feet and legs would probably be cramped from the stiffness after a while.
By T.K from Sparks, NV on 06/30/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are very well made, and stylish. They are not big and bulky like most boots that can be worn in the snow. Also, I like the fact that they can be worn in any weather condition, and are very warm. The only downside to them is they are a bit stiff to walk in, but I believe this is because they just need to be broke in like any boot.
