I own a different pair and wear them all the time. They make a superior product. However, I would say that the Britany shoe runs narrow. I have a medium width foot and can only wear them in short increments. I'm hoping that they will stretch.

I wear 7 1/2 and 39 was too long. Good fit across top of foot. However, the heel sticks out past the shoe in the back and just looks odd, like when you buy a sandal that is too big and your foot sits too far forward. (Heel look is unrelated to being a size too large.) I read a review saying as much but tho't it wouldn't bother me, but it did. I sent them back. It's a shame since it felt like it'd be a great everywhere shoe.

They work great with a lot of different outfits: casual and dressy. Very comfortable from the beginning. One thing worth noticing, the heel is wider than the shoe and there is no side view picture on the website.
