Soft and warm and less stiff-looking than in the photo.
Two buttons fell off almost immediately but nothing a needle and cotton won't fix; otherwise it seems well made.

I've been searching for over two years for a coat like this. The fit is perfect, almost as if it were tailored for me (I'm 5'10", thin to average build). The only part that looks as if it may wear out is the lining on the inside. It seems very thin.
