I am French and know I am a true 38. The shoes arrived today and unfortunately they are still too small. I am returning them and reordering a size 40 (40! and I am only 5'4 tall!) because I love the design of the shoes, and from what I could see they will be very confortable once I get a size that fits. I love the suppleness and softness of the leather inside.
