Once you wear a Ryka, you won't wear anything else. I wear them to work in healthcare. The narrow heel and wide toe box are just what these tootsies need for 8-12 hr. days.

I mostly workout in the gym so use them inside. I'm a small size 8 and these are a bit snug on my toes. I would have ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear.
