A little smaller than expected - I usually wear a small but the medium seems to fit perfectly. My first one arrived with a three inch run in the back but I expect the replacement any day. Am tempted to get the second color as well! It's not the bulky kind of Dale sweater - it's knit fine and can be dressed up.
