I got my pair from Sierra and the 5.5 measured at a 6 humm... I ordered the 5 and they are still a bit wide but comfy. I recommend ordering a smaller size.

It felt a little stiff to begin with, but feels fine now. Also, I took out the sole insert and added a Superfeet insole. Very, very comfortable.
