Great for winter running! It's perfect as a final layer for my trail running on cold cold mornings.I especially like the hood--it keeps my neck and face covered quite well until I'm warm enough to remove them. The thumb loops are also a nice feature. I wore this to work one day and got several compliments--some folks didn't realize it was a sport/outdoor jacket.

Very disappointed, this jacket was supposed to be for XC skiing wear. The fabric is hard, stiff, unpleasant to touch and making you not wanting to move in it - defeats the purpose. Also runs smaller - I bought XL but it was not wide enough.
