I bought this top in a Large and it fits me perfectly without being too loose anywhere.
It is a bit manly, but so what . . . just dress it up with jewelry (and I will most likely roll up the sleeves). I will wear a necklace (long silver chain with "clear" crystals/rhinestones) with this top; silver jewelry seems to go nicely with the blue color. Silver perks up the top. For work, pearls will work too.
