Excellent foot protection By Wyoman from Colorado Springs, CO on 07/21/2009 Best Uses: Everyday riding Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The closure system failed after one year's use. It is not as reliable as a traditional ratched buckle system. However, this is not a major concern because a traditional buckle can replace the wheel system. The best part of this shoe is the excellent toe protection when ridding among rocks.

Good product for the price By Larry from Detroit, MI on 12/22/2008 Cons: Prefer touch fasteners Best Uses: Everyday riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a decent shoe for the money. However, there are many shoes in this price range that are at least as good. They are well ventilated, so they work out very well in hot weather. Hopefully, they hold up as well as my old Shimanos' did.
