Can't wait for her to try these out By dlbvet from Saratoga, WY on 11/05/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these for my 2 1/2 yr old daughter. She's worn Keen shoes/sandals for the last year and loves them all (never complained about how they felt and kept them on her feet). I don't know how they'll hold up as far as waterproofing/warmth but I'm eager to see. They slipped on easily and don't seem too bulky. They are very similar to the Keen Truckee/Tahoe shoes for infants/toddlers. I did get a full size and a half bigger than the shoe size she is wearing now so I think they run a bit on the small side.
By mom of 2 from Lake Tahoe, NV on 10/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We live up in the sierra nevada mountains and have already had our first dose of snow so i bought these boots after trying keen sandals this last summer. My son is 3 and he loves them, he can get them on and off by himself and they keep him warm and dry. I bought an size bigger than i needed so he can wear thick winter socks with them. I will definatley buy these boots and recommend them to anyone. [...]
By Mimi from New york on 10/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this size 12 but my daughter is a size 11 and indeed they were big for her even with socks. Kids' feet grow so fast that it might even fit her right in 3 months when winter cold really kicks in. Overall, good quality, comfortable, only a little bit of a hassle when trying on for the 1st time.
