The sizing is questionable. I usually wear a 9 to 9-1/2, but it depends on the shoe style, sometimes an 8-1/2 fits best. What I really like about the shoe is the flexibility you have to adjust the arch support. If you have high arches you'll love this shoe. Try a pair yourself, all it will cost you is the return postage if you don't like.

I wear 8 1/2 narrow, bought 8.5 and my foot just fits; maybe should've bought the 9 but they're real comfortable and I wear them all day. The pita arch is such a great idea. These are quality shoes and I have received several compliments on them.. I'd buy them again for sure.
