I wear a Women's Size 8-1/2 to 9. I purchased a Men's Size 7 and they are a perfect fit. As with most men's shoes, I was concerned that they would feel too wide, but with the laces pulled tight, this is not an issue. They are very comfortable and a little chunky, much like a traditional clog.

Further, they cause your socks to develop holes on top of your toes. I returned these as a result of the toe cups and will never knowingly buy a pair of shoes that have toe cups built in.
