Almost perfect but lowish waist. By Tandem Missus from Bonanza, Oregon on 03/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Look dressy, Stylish, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Bicycle touring, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Bicycle touring Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Almost a perfect travel or hiking pant. Fabric good, fabric not noisy, nice next to skin feel. I just wish the waistband was about an inch or so higher. Specially when on a bicycle. Everything else was so very good about these pants I'll keep them anyway. They sit about three inches below tummy button, wish that was about an inch below said body feature. That's my taste, others may find them perfect.
By Beth the Arborist from Lexington,KY on 03/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the fit is loose and yet slimming. the fabric is durable. I like to be able to bend and lift my legs without being constricted and these fit the bill. They are not particularly warm and have to be layered on cold days.
Great, stylish and comfortable By sarah the soil scientist from berkeley, ca on 03/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stylish Best Uses: Field work, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Hiking camping Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable and stylish. nice pockets and features. the only improvement I can suggest is that the waist should come back in more. I have a curvy (though size 6) frame and the waist gapes in the rear when bending or sitting.
