Easy to get in and out of, and the cleats are comfortable for that short walk before or after the ride. Great price!

If you really want to trick out your bike and need the stiffest material to maximize power transfer; this is the pedal. If your a lighter rider and a bit more price savy the other carbon KEO at STP is a better choice. There is only a couple of grams difference in weight.
The only con with Look Keos is that there is no floatation adjustment on the pedal. If you need a different degree of floatation you need to buy another cleat.
