Made with XCR not Pro Shell By Nomad Explorer from Arlington, VA on 11/24/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm disappointed that Sierra Trading Post advertised this jacket as being made with Gore's Pro Shell. It is not. The Patriot Jacket I received is made with Gore's older version XCR.

Do not buy this for warmth, as it is not a warm coat. It is wind and waterproof and very well made and designed, as all Arc'Teryx items are.
