Nicely taylored Traveler Shirt By Luv to Hike from Phoenix, AZ on 11/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have several ExOfficio shirts and ordered this style as it's more fitted and shorter than the others I bought. I usually wear an XS (I'm a petite 110 lbs)and had to exchange it for a S because the shoulders are now narrower than others I have bought in the past. I liked it so much that I ordered another one in a different color. Label says not to iron but I did on LOW and it's fine. I "hung dried" it but there were wrinkles that needed to be pressed. I have never been disappointed in ExOfficio and this one is no exception
stylish and good for work By busy mom from San Francisco, CA on 11/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this in blue for travelling, but it is so beautiful that I am wearing it to work. I will not use it for hiking for camping, because it is stylish and appropriate to wear to work as a professional.
Great dressy travel shirt By Bear Peak from Boulder CO on 10/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a blue one in large and med. I thought the med might be too small for comfort, but it was the perfect fit. I have more muscular, square shoulders where a men's small t-shirt fits well. I'm 5'7" 135# and have long arms. I like being able to stretch my arms out without the whole shirt raising up. I got this shirt for traveling, especially to conferences, where I want to look dressy, be comfortable, and not iron if I can possibly avoid it. This is the same fabric as the the dryflylight hiking shirt (men's small) that I have that I love. This women's shirt has a very nice cut; it comfortably fits my shoulders--I can cross my arms in front or put them out in a T and the shirt does not pull up. It fits my bust (B cup)(I think with a larger cup, you'd want to go up a size), and it is roomy at the waist, which is fine, not too big. I think if it were any more fitted, it wouldn't be as cool in hot weather, also if you had anything (especially a passport) in the hidden pocket, the thing would press against you and show it was there. The way it is, the pocket is pretty concealed and the things in it don't show. The looser waist also means I could wear a tank top underneath or a belt with my pants and not mess up the hang of the shirt. Although it looks fitted when standing still, there is enough fabric in key places to give you good mobility. The blue is fine with just a bra--not see-through. Thankfully the Ex Officio tag is under the back of the collar, on the hang loop, so it is not readily apparent--I really hate the prominent labels on some clothes. The 3/4 length sleeve is very attractive and not too tight--you could fold the little tips over as a cuff to look more dressy or just leave it. This shirt is exactly what I was looking for. And for the many, many times in several years that I've washed my other dryflylight shirt, I know this will hold up as well.
