They are a little stiff at first, but don't give up on them. They break in quick and feel great. They are pretty true to size. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5, but these fit great in a 9. Pretty snazzy looking too. These would be good for a light day hike, but they are really an everyday shoe in my opinion.

Even on steeper bare slopes, it grips the hill really well, giving me a good sense of balance. The only reason that it didn't get 5 stars is that the shoes are a pretty stiff and need a bit of breaking in. Other than that, it's a great pair of shoes.
