By Rod the Builder from Co. on 09/11/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The first time I tried on the sandal I rotated my foot to see how well the sandal would move with me and my left heel came out of the back of the sandal. I shipped them back.
By footloose bearer from Lansdale, PA on 09/07/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Good Arch Support, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Going Out, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This sandal has been one of the most comfortable ones I have gotten yet. These are by far more comfortable than similar sandals from Teva or Chaco. The straps are easy to adjust and are forgiving (the design avoids chafes). Also, I found that my little toe can "breathe comfortably", unlike with the other sandals I mentioned. My feet also don't tend to sweat much in these sandals because they are quite breathable -- I highly recommend these sandals!
All-terrain sandals indeed By Brady the Renaissance Man from NW Iowa on 08/23/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Durable, Good Arch Support, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm never sure if I'll be in mud or water or sand or pavement, so it's great having footwear that I can count on for all of the above. I have high arches, so arch-support is crucial; these deliver. Sadly, the straps out in front aren't friendly with my misshapen little toe.. little bit of chafage there, but once the callus built up it wasn't an issue. Also, the general cushioning of the sandal is a bit on the stiffer side, so they can get a little uncomfortable if you have to stand around for hours; don't so much notice this issue if I keep moving tho. The ingenious strap system automatically adjusts to any odd-shaped foot, and are very comfortable and secure because of it!
