I usually order a M or L, depending on the brand. But because of previous reviews, I ordered an XL in this shirt, and it fits great. The underarm area is a snug fit (in a good way, so my undergarments aren't hanging out), so I'm glad I ordered up. It's a really nice fit: the shirt is nice and long (I have a long torso) and it blouses nicely w/out making me look like a bubble =).
