I ordred a large in this one based on my experience with a similar product I previously ordered. I usually wear a small in most items. This fits well but I wear a bra under it because the cups in this are thin. It is not "too much" for me. I feel very well supported.

It is super difficult to put on as it's really tight, but once I got it on I considered it for a moment because it could be pretty comfortable if it had larger armholes, they were cutting into my armpits.
