It is comfortable and provides good support, but it is somewhat heavy and stiff, as a trail shoe should be. Someday, I'll try trail running with it.

took advice on net and ordered 1 size larger. because of that, they fit great right out of the box. Had I not gotten the larger size I would have had to returned them. Do yourself a favor an order 1 size up
