The size 10 fit perfectly so I returned the 11. These shoes are comfy, I ususally wear Superfeet inserts but tried them in these and the toe box wasn't right. The shoes do come with their own pretty substanial insert so I find I can go without my Superfeets with these shoes and my feet feel fine. Saw the velvet ones in a store near me and like the look of these leather ones so much better.

You can come in from outside and take the outsoles off so that the carpets don't get dirty. They are very low profile and cute too. Not sure yet how they will hold up, but they are very comfortable, and I would definitely recommend them for the price. They are slightly smaller than other brands seem to be in the same size.
