By Love nice clothes from Greensboro, NC on 10/26/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Formal Occasions, Going Out, Office, Travel Describe Yourself: Conservative, High-end shopper, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Everything went fine, I liked the suit, and so I took it to a tailor to have fitted to me. He had to remove the fake sleeve buttons holes in order to shorten the sleevs. Why did you put the fake button holes on the sleeves? It made it harder to make the sleeve length correct.
By Joe from Auburn on 08/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Breathable, Comfortable, Versatile Best Uses: Formal Occasions, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got a super great deal on this suit. No way would I have bought this suit at a local men's store.
Good quality, great price By World's Oldest Keeper from Sacramento, CA on 06/16/2009 Pros: Bargain, Business Wardrobe Staple, Comfortable, Light Weight for 3 Season Cons: Not highest quality, Pants may show wear Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear a suit almost every day, so I'm always on the look-out to replace a couple that are getting a little tatty. I purchased 2 Arnold Brandt suits, finding them to be a good quality at an excellent price.
Fabric is lightweight, nice for 3 seasons. Pants may show wear more quickly than some suits because of this fabric choice.
I wear a size 48 or 50, and in this model the 50 worked well. However, I did have to do moderate tailoring: shoulders a little wide, chest a little tight, arms a little long. Pants were a true size 44, but the seat was quite high and needed to let out. The cost to tailor will add $100, but the total price is still a deal.
