After 4-5 hours, the contents are still hot enough that they require a little cooling.
Neutrals: It does not hold much, so I use it for the kids' soup and still send a sandwich along.
Minusses: The attached spoon is junk. So shallow, that it is not useful. The kids just use a real spoon.

I didn't notice that it only holds 10 ozs., and it looks like it holds even less. I haven't used it yet so I don't know how long it keeps things hot, but it wouldn't even hold a decent sized bowl of soup. Not very useful. And the fold-up spoon bowl is so flat that you couldn't eat soup or any other liquid very easily.
