Good for chilly weather, and also for going short distances in really cold weather (car coat, taking out the garbage, etc.). This is the 3rd one of these I've had - I'm pretty committed to this jacket.

It fits in perfectly adds the warmth to the shell jacket and will make this winter a little easier to bare. good color match in the black for my black jacket right down to the pulls matching the pulls on the jacket.Marmont makes an excellent product and a great fit.
