I usually push up sleeves on sweaters, anyway. Otherwise, the fit is perfect. I got it in the gray and I'll probably wear it with charcoal or black pants.

There are nice details: tucks near the sleeve cuffs and long ties attached to the zipper. It is a simple, yet distinctive style.
For some, it may be on the short side. If between sizes I'd recommend going up a size. I often wear a medium, but got this in the large & it is a perfect fit.
