If you buy them both, you will have a NICE outfit. The pants are unlined. I thought I might have to wear silk long underwear underneath but I wore them all day with just kneesocks and I never felt itchy. The fit was great waist is up at the natural waist - just where I NEED it. I am very pleased with these pants!

The material is great, you can even wear them in summer. The color is pretty much as it looks on the site. I do prefer dress pants with a lining, for a more professional fit.
