This is by far the most durable boot I ahave ever bought. I have horses and work in both a office and field enviroment. This boot works great for both. The elephant hide is the toughest leather I have ever seen. Love this product.
By Kermit from Western Washington on 07/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: First off, I live in boots about 3/4 of the year, and am the product of two grandfathers who were horsemen/packers/ranchers. These are sturdy, comfortable, and attractive. Too bad, but I think this elephant leather is no longer available. HOWEVER, Chippewa makes VERY good boots. Love 'em.
