It's not fitted, but is very comfortable. I wear it to bike and use it under a jacket or by itself. The fabric is lightweight but not see through.

That makes things more comfortable for me because of that feature. It is not a snug fit so the overall look is very flattering. I have a short torso so the top comes over my hips. If you are average height this top should cover you without a problem. You need a white workout bra with the white top as you can see through the material. Because I like the styling so much I didn't consider that to be a problem. Also bought it in black.
