Great value for the $$$$$. By Jack Frost from Jackson, WY on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Snowmobiling, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As I can change this jacket up to fit my climate changes/needs this jacket is perfect. In addition, to find anything that is long enough length to cover my back that is normally exposed is a great find. To top it off, the low price makes it an excellent bargain.
By Occam from Columbus, OH on 10/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Its a great coat. I have worn it in a heavy rain and was dry the whole time. I have not had it on in really cold weather but I would guess with proper undergarments that you could stay warm down to 10F maybe 5F but past that I think you will need to look for a thicker coat. On the plus side you can take out the inner jacket and use your own or just wear it as a rain coat. All in all I would have paid double for this coat.
