By Stina Lu from Boise, ID on 11/02/2009 Pros: Ankle Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Sturdy/Durable, Warm, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold Weather, Day Hiking, Everyday, Light Loads Describe Yourself: Casual/Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Loved these from the moment I took them out of the box. Needed no break in, fit great the first day and never rubbed my feet in any spots. Very comfortable, would definitely purchase these again and would recommend them to friends.
Excellent product. Excellent value. By none from Kansas City, MO, formerly Flagstaff,AZ on 10/30/2009 Pros: Best shoe 4 tortured feet, Comfortable/No Break-In, Flexible, Great Traction, KEEN footbed works, My podaitrist gives AOK, Sturdy/Durable Best Uses: Everyday, Long-Distance Hiking, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/Recreational, Old with foot problems Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Always excellent products. Good selection, of course requires constant vigilance if customer is seeking a specific brand or product.
Great value. I couldn't afford to have three pairs of KEENS without the Sierra prices.
KEEN footbeds have been given universal approval by my podiatrist to fit and protect my fragile and arthritic metatarsals. The podiatrist issues a monthly letter to rate approved style numbers of other brands, but all styles of KEEN are approved.
KEENS are pretty ugly and clunky looking for an old lady to wear, but they're a holdover from my footgear from a previous more active life. I don't mind appearing to be a bit eccentric if foot comfort and safety is the issue.
had to return -way too narrrow By Avid outdoorswoman from Houghton, MI on 10/25/2009 Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had to retun these, they ran much narrower than a typical Keen, which was so disappointing because I love Keen footwear. However, my friends with very narrow feet can't wear the usual Keen shoe, so this would be good for them.
