By anthazar from Michigan on 10/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots are better than I expected, I took a chance when I first got them and went out to an event that included over 3 miles of walking, quite honestly I though how sore will my feet be at the end of the day,but let me tell you, no problems, boot looks good and for it's size not as heavy a boot as you would expect.
Could use more arch support By cachehiker from Utah on 10/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are nice big black boots for tooling around town. They're actually quite stylish in a Everclear "big black boots and my old suitcase" sort of way. I really like them.
Half-size too big is a bit an overstatement. However, I find that thicker socks are a must. The one thing I needed to change was the insole. The old ones didn't offer enough arch support. As a mile pronator, the ligaments in my feet would get sore after wearing them a few days straight. I put some Superfeet Wintergreens in there and now they're the bomb.
By lj from ohio on 09/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good product for the money. Vibram sole is a little softer than what I'm use too, but overall a decent boot.
