By Lester the Contester from Chicago, IL on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are wonderful. They will be perfect for the soon-to-come Chicago winter. They are super comfortable, and even cuter! Also, I saw them at an upscale shoe boutique for double the price. Ha ha, jokes on them....
By scatterbrained law student from Denver, CO on 10/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A good look, are lightweight, and are super comfortable to walk around all day in. The only major con is that even with the side zipper (which only creates more room in the shaft instead of creating an open slit), they can take a little time to get on...once you get your leg into it, you've got to adjust/tighten the laces and such. Overall though, a cool pair of boots that I'd recommend. Oh, and if you're running around in the rain/snow, when entering a building, wipe your feet...I almost busted my butt wearing these the other day, though I just walked (carefully) back over to the entry mat to wipe the snow off mine, then they had good traction again.
By Kimber01 from Evergreen, CO on 10/05/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Too much of a military look. The color is very drab and the fit is not stylish. I returned them for a more updated, stylish look.
