This watch works great in almost any setting from formal to casual. I am a midsized guy (5'10")and this is still a fairly large watch so you may want to take that into consideration. I was looking at the Maverick size for men and it is just ridiculously big, so this size worked out pretty well for me. Anyhow this is a very nice, simple, high quality watch.
