I like the size, but it's probably too large for some women - and also a good size for some men. Victorinox categorizes most of their watches by size, not gender, and this is categorized as "small". It's a really nice looking "easy to read" watch, and is quite comfortable to wear. I haven't had it long enough to really judge its accuracy, but it hasn't gained or lost a second in 7 days.

A larger than most womens watch face, with white numbers allow it to be read in most low light settings. Band could be lighter in style, but still feminine.
