Kinda spongy feel to it, like wearing a foam jacket. The vest attaches to jacket with a few loops to inside buttons, wasn't well integrated as a system.

Along with that, it felt spongy, like a foam suit. Looked a lot better in the picture than in hand. The vest attaches with loops to buttons inside the jacket. Loosely attached, doesn't feel well integrated as a system.
