In a XS it was large and fit more like an 8/10 than a 4/6. Good for 3 seasons. Maybe summer if you worked indoors. Cotton lining is comfortable for warm weather climates. Needs to be steamed or pressed when you get it out of the package to get it to hang correctly.

It is very well made but just doesn't fit the way I'd like it to, but my XL body often requires clothing alterations. The sleeves were a little too wide from elbow to wrist, which you can see in the photo. The tie belt would look better with a nice, thin, stylish leather belt, rather than the supplied fabric tie belt. Overall, the unique fabric & color make it worthwhile to spend a few dollars more to get it fitted. Good addition if you wear jackets to work.

I like the short 3/4 sleeve,just wasn't expecting it.Pockets are nice!
