Made of tightly woven polyester, the Wind Shear shell is wind-resistant and exceptionally breathable. Back zip pocket features interior webbing straps that serve as a waistbelt when converted to a stuff sack.

I wanted it for cooler weather, and to be able to wear it over another layer or two. I cycle to work, and need something that can fit over a regular sweater, not just a thin cycling jersey. But if that's what you want to wear it over, this was a nice jacket.

Sure the zipper sometimes gets stuck on the material and the bottom part is a bit tight, but overall this is great. I love how it converts from a jacket to a vest to a fanny pack like thing. And it does so super easily. It also has kept me warm on some cold fall mornings. Good buy!
