It is waterproof in the standard rolltop manner but also padded throughout. Because of the padding, it can be used to carry electronics, glass bottles, or anything you'd rather not bang too hard. The handles are sturdy and it also comes with a shoulder strap for casual carry. All in all, it is a convenient and versatile dry bag. Good quality, attractive price.
