The 8 fits nicely. The hips were a smidge too big even though they have a slim cut in the hips. I'm going to have to take them up but I'm 5'2" so on most people I think the length is probablly good. I prefer a lower rise, but it wasn't too high either, so because of the quality, fit and rich color, all in all I would give it a 4 1/2.

Wish they made a pair of jeans in the exact cut and type of stretch material. Just enough stretch they are comfortable but not so much they sag in the butt or knees. Need a little bit of touch up ironing. The front pocket material scrunches up so I iron that so its flat.
