My husband and I walk our three dogs twice a day all winter long beside the lakeshore in Michigan's UP, and the wind just howls off Lake Huron into our faces. Last year I froze all winter and vowed to find some serious gear for the coming winter. This coat should be perfect, although the really bad weather hasn't started yet. The jacket allows a lot of arm mobility, and comes down in the back a little, which I always like. I got the medium and it fits perfectly-I am a true size 8, but sometimes buy a large in other brands. The Arcteryx medium is a generous medium. I am really impressed with the details of the coat and its quality, as I have been with all my Arcteryx gear. Love the lizard!
